Junior firmware developer

SiliXcon is a young and agile technology company engaged in the development and production of top-notch electric drives, which we provide to electric vehicle manufacturers. We are looking for a junior software-firmware developer, who will work on applications based on the customer needs.

What do we expect:

• General knowledge of the C language: a few Arduino projects might be just enough … ?
• Enthusiasm. This position is a lot about trial and error; finding original ways how to solve the problem.
• Communication skills and ability to comprehend the customer’s needs.
• Learning. Learning. And learning!

What we would love to have as well:

• Insight into physics and/or dynamic systems. Some basic knowledge/overview of the real-time control.
• Good knowledge of Git and related source maintenance infrastructure.

What do we get from you:

• Create/modify /refactor applications according to the assignment, which is obtained from the service mgmt/customer support.
• Provides feedback regarding recommended functionality change, improvement, etc.
• Define testing procedures and test the applications.
