We Are Looking for a Product Manager for a Technology-Driven Company with Growth Potential to CTO

Our technology-focused company, specializing in developing an advanced platform for managing electric drive systems (HW, SW, FW), is seeking a new team member for the position of Product Manager. This role not only entails responsibility for driving product direction but also offers the potential to grow into the role of CTO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Development
  • Creating and implementing strategies for recruiting new team members and developing existing talent.
  • Maintaining high team quality and efficiency through leveraging talent pools and regular performance evaluations.
2. Project and Team Management
  • Overseeing project execution to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Providing feedback and opportunities for professional development to team members.
3. Strategic Planning
  • Actively participating in the creation and implementation of the company’s three-year development plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Project Briefing and Management
  • Collaborating with leadership on internal projects and working with clients on external projects, including leading project briefs.
5. Innovation and Trends
  • Monitoring technological trends and proposing new ideas to improve products and processes.

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Education: Technical university or secondary school education (e.g., electronics, computer science).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing development projects and strategic planning.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of agile development methods (e.g., Scrum).
  • Programming: Technical background in programming (preferably in C, C++, or Python).
  • Language Skills: English at a minimum B2 level.

Soft Skills

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellent results.
  • Proactivity: A hands-on approach to achieving goals and adaptability to change.
