Raising the Voltage in e-Mobility

Introducing siliXcon’s Next-Generation Motor Controllers

The market has been loud and clear: manufacturers want higher voltage, higher power density, and compact controllers ready for series production.

The shift toward higher-voltage architectures has become one of the strongest trends in e-mobility. It was visible across industry exhibitions, including this year’s EICMA, Agritechnica, Metstrade, where OEMs and integrators demonstrated that the move beyond traditional 48–72 V systems is not a question of if, but when.

Driven by customers seeking more power within higher-voltage platforms, we developed a new generation of middle-voltage motor controllers — designed for up to ~120 V and built to deliver performance, efficiency, and reliability in compact housings.
