We focused on prototype development and serial production, integrating the 15kW brushless motor controller into the turbine space within the submerged foil. Our main goal was to meet Aerofoils expectations while facing various challenges, including the integration of a heatsink designed by the customer. With the help of shared 3D data, we ensured an efficient integration process and subsequent serial production of the brushless motor controller, achieving the desired quality and functionality of the product.
