Our new generation of controllers, leveraging GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology, provides ultra-fast switching, higher efficiency, and a smaller form factor.

  • Nominal: 400V, 100A (~40kW)
  • Size similar to SL, but lower and lighter
  • 4× lower inductance, 4× higher switching speeds
  • Operating temperature up to 150°C
