Dab Motors
In this project with Dab motors, we implemented the 25kW brushless motor controller as the primary control unit, taking on the full role of the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU). Customized for the client’s needs, the controller managed key functions such as steering lock control and a nitro mode for enhanced performance. We delivered a tailored solution that eliminated the need for a separate VCU, streamlining the system while maintaining advanced functionality. This project highlighted our ability to integrate specialised features directly into the controller, optimising both performance and cost-efficiency.
From this project with Dab Motors, we mastered integrating a complete VCU functionality into the 25kW brushless motor controller, handling specialised features like steering lock and nitro mode. This enhanced our capability to deliver customised, efficient solutions for series production.
