Skoda Auto partnered with siliXcon, a leading provider of advanced brushless motor controllers, to power the specialty drive system of one of their vehicle models with siliXcon’s high-performance 25kW Brushless Motor Controller – the SL Series.
This state-of-the-art controller delivers exceptional power density of up to 38kW/L, allowing for a compact and lightweight design without compromising performance. With a maximum current of 500A and voltage handling up to 84V, the SL Series Controller provided the precise speed and torque control required for Skoda’s demanding application.
From the Škoda Auto project, we gained valuable experience in optimizing our SL Series Brushless Motor Controllers for high power density, precise speed, and torque control, all while meeting the demanding specifications of automotive applications.
