Deutz
In the Deutz project, we focused on prototyping and developing a brushless motor controller for the hydraulic pump drive of a small excavator. Our main objective was the complete integration of a custom control protocol on the CAN bus, which posed a significant challenge. This project was important for us as it marked our first experience collaborating with a large company. As part of the development, we designed the SL Series 25kW brushless motor controller, which features custom water cooling and long-term load capacity of up to 350 Arms, ensuring effective and reliable control of the brushless motor drive.
From the Deutz project, we learned to effectively integrate 25kW Brushless Motor Controller, brushless motor controllers into hydraulic systems while enhancing our collaboration skills with large enterprises, improving our prototyping expertise.
