Smart Energy Management and Battery Protection

Since 2023, all batteries in the X / S.E.N. model lines have been equipped with a unique “smart” BMS (Battery Management System). For Hugo Bike, we developed a motor controller and dedicated control software that enables seamless communication with the BMS via CAN bus.
The controller utilizes a specialized program that:

• Automatically adjusts operating parameters,
• Prevents overloading of both the battery and the motor,
• Optimizes power delivery based on real-time conditions,
• And thereby significantly extends the overall lifespan of the battery and the powertrain.

The result is a reliable and intelligent solution that ensures high performance while maintaining maximum protection of key components.

High-Performance Motors

The motors used in Hugo Bike electric scooters range from 250 W to 10 kW, with peak power reaching up to 15 kW in the most powerful variants. The top-tier model lines utilize specialized siliXcon SX/SC controllers, which allow for maximum control over both power and safety.
